Our company made tsukudani of japanese traditional food.We use Nori seaweed, Kombu kelp, Shellfish, Vegetable, etc.Shimanoka began when the founder, Masahei Kinoshita, refitted part of his soy sauce storehouse to make kombu kelp tsukudani. The current company president took on the role of president at the age og 27.Our leader is the youngest by far among manufacturers with more than 100 employees.
